“It’s in the deep, internal stillness that we find our Being and come to know that we are intimately united with all of Creation.”

It is time for you to be still… to take some time and just BE. “No matter if the noise is from your environment or your seemingly nonstop thinking, it is critical for you to seek stillness.”

It matters not where you find it… in a quiet place in your home, outside in nature, at a park, in your car for 5 minutes… it only matters that you are able to to find the stillness within you. For in this stillness, you will find YOU.
