Compassion

With all the fear and anger, where is the love?

With all the uncertainty, where is the compassion for yourself and for your fellow man?

When we can feel love in our hearts, we “not only naturally emit the healing energy of compassion, but we also attract love and compassion.” Remember that whatever we are feeling - love, sadness, anger, fear, empathy - puts out the energy and intention that shapes our reality.

True compassion is a feeling of warmth from your heart, but it is also in small acts of kindness - even just listening. So begin by listening to yourself… your heart. Show yourself some compassion and then show compassion to the world through small acts of kindness.
