RETREAT

Some think the word retreat is synonymous with running away when in actuality it is a returning, a returning to YOU.

The card is urging you to “spend some time alone in quiet thought. Clear your mind and focus on your TRUTH and priorities.”

When is the last time you listened to your heart? There is so much “noise” in the world around you, through your electronics, and in your own head. You must disconnect in order to connect to YOU, to nature, to your higher self and higher purpose.

Retreat into your heart… retreat into your soul… physically take some time and retreat into nature or your own comfortable sacred space to recharge, to connect, to listen.

When you do not take care of yourself and nourish your soul, you continue to run on empty, draining your life force energy and clouding your intuition and inner knowing. It is time to revitalize your life force energy and find balance in all areas of your life.
