Wolf spirit is telling you it is time to “get out of the old straightjacket of familiar societal norms and listen to those sensations in your gut that are trying to give you a message.”

What are your instincts telling you today? Do you know when you are hearing, feeling and acting based on instinct or have you dulled your senses trying to do what everyone expects of you?

Wolf is calling you to get in touch with your instincts… your intuition.

Many do this by spending time meditating, getting quiet and tuning into to your body, your heart, your soul… BUT you can also start by just being present and observing. How do certain things make you feel - do you get a lump in your throat, tightness in your chest, or that nagging feeling in your gut? Do you get fluttering in your heart, tingles, energy flowing through your veins? These are all your body’s way of communicating with you.

Start listening and start following your instincts…
