It’s time to deal with unresolved issues and uncomfortable emotions. If you limit your emotions, you are only limiting your truth.

In response to this emotional release, hold space for yourself, and do not judge. When you see a child crying, do you judge this child harshly or do you try and understand what the child is crying about? We all have an inner child. It’s time to stop judging ourselves harshly and hold our inner child in love and peace.
