Why do you think you have to do it all…?
It's okay to ask for help. It's also okay to lean on others to help you accomplish what you came here to do. In fact, together, you can accomplish so much more. Another person's strengths and accomplishments DO NOT diminish yours.

When you looked at another human being, all you could see was their vital life force energy…
No face or features...
No personality or accomplishments...
Just their beautiful glowing light source.
And then, what if you saw that there was no beginning or end…
That you were endlessly connected to each and every being on this planet...
Now that would be one heck of a day...

Sometimes we feel lost, scattered, and sideways.
This is our body telling us to get grounded.
Today is a perfect day to hug a tree, walk barefoot in the grass, roll around in the dirt...get close to nature and feel your balance resume.

Sometimes we need a detour to get our attention that we are off track or meant to move in a new direction.

When we remove judgment, which includes resentments, we become free to move forward with joy in our hearts, no matter what others choose.
I don’t have to like what they choose, but it also doesn't have to bother me...

When we allow for pain or sorrow to show itself, to tell us what it’s trying to share and to move through us... we can find freedom on the other side of it. 🙏🏼

Sadness can be an indicator that our vital energy is running low...and also that we are relying on our own power instead of that of Spirit to get us through our struggles. Give it up to the Divine and let your physical body rest and be rejuvenated so you can experience a boost to your vital energy.
