What is it you are pushing aside, procrastinating about? What parts of you are keep coming up, yet you feel you are not ready to deal with?

Know that the things coming up at this time are READY to be dealt with, felt, resolved, healed and released… they would not come up otherwise.

It is time to let go of what is no longer serving you, including old wounds, negative thoughts & behaviors. It is time to “think about what you want, not what you don’t want. Guard your thoughts carefully, because they create your experiences.”

So what is it that you want to experience? What kind of person do you want to be, what kind of life do you want to live? Now is the time to focus on that.
