THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT, NOT WHAT YOU DON’T WANT. GUARD YOUR THOUGHTS CAREFULLY, BECAUSE THEY CREATE YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The Law of Attraction tells us that thoughts become things. That means, when we complain and dwell in the lack in our lives, we attract more of the same to ourselves.

Sometimes we may feel like our thoughts are beyond our control, but they really aren’t. Surrender the fear BEHIND the thought to SPirit, to God or the Universe…whatever you pray to, and allow for something more powerful than you to take it away.

Become aware of the inner chatter. If you say something negative, surrender it to Spirit and then offer a quick “CANCEL, CLEAR, DELETE” statement. OUTLOUD! This very act will pull that energy back and you can then replace the negative words or thought with something positive.

Spend some time today realigning with what you DO want. Make a list, journal a vision, make a vision board… whatever you do, FOCUS on the positive and what you WANT in your life.
