FLEXIBLE

WOW - Are you feeling flexible today? Flexible in your body, flexible in your mind, flexible in your emotions… flexible in your perception?

So many times, without our even knowing it, issues can arise due to our inflexibility. We are so stuck in our habits, our perceptions and our false beliefs, we cannot see it another way.

What if we did not need to bend around and turn things totally upside down? What if we only needed to turn our head slightly and open our minds… can you turn your head slightly to maybe look at something in a different way?

“A tree’s roots are solidly planted in the ground, yet its branches can bend in a hurricane… whereas a rigid structure, like a building, would come crashing down. Consider how the tree remains supple and secure when everything around it may be in shambles. This is how you need to be now: willing to learn new things, teachable, malleable, yet firmly grounded in who you are.”
