If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands! If you are not, smile and clap your hands anyway… take joy in remembering that simple, ridiculous song from childhood. If stomping your feet feels better, then go for it!
“Your desires are effortlessly fulfilled now. Now is the time for feeling joy for the sake of joy, and feeling contentment.”
We must choose joy now versus yearning for it.
We must appreciate the fact that the ocean tide is in, splashing and playing in the waves, not focused on the fact that it will go back out.
Live in the moment now. Appreciate the moment now. Smile and be happy now. Listen to the inner child in your heart and dance with the faeries, spin around till you get so dizzy and fall. PLAY!
