Ignoring wounds won’t make them go away, so acknowledge the parts of yourself that need to be held and loved.

Take time for yourself to imagine drinking in healing waters from the divine. Imagine its coolness filling your body, reaching the darkest parts of your soul.

Inside we all hold a diamond of light, but it is often muddled by our experiences. Imagine taking a rag and rubbing off this diamond, allowing rays of light to shine through.

Know your experiences have all been for a reason. It is time to let the pain and hardship go now.
